A neighborhood bakery that actually cares about what goes into your food

Gocha Shawnee started with a simple idea: food should taste like food. Not like something made in a factory and wrapped in plastic. Just real ingredients, proper technique, and enough time for it to actually be good.

Our bakery produces fresh bread and pastries every single morning. Our grocery shelves carry items we'd be proud to serve our own families. If we wouldn't eat it, we won't sell it — that's the whole policy.
